This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to start between 7 AM and 8 AM. One weekend shift per month is required in addition to full-time hours.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will join a dedicated and collaborative team, providing evaluation and treatment for a diverse patient population with a variety of diagnoses. The role offers opportunities to work with advanced rehab equipment and focuses on maintaining optimal patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including PTs, OTs, and STs.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Sunrise Allscripts system.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current New Hampshire Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification required.
• Acute care experience preferred, with a focus on cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients.
• Vestibular experience preferred but not required.
