Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Assignment Overview

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, working 3 twelve-hour shifts. Must be available to work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.

Job Description

The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state's Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This includes demonstrating critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership while planning for the safe delivery of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities appropriately.
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel in delivering patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Arizona RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
