Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in a clinical setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient health and document observations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Completion of a Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check clearance.
• Immunization records including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella.
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing is mandated.
