Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the CVICU will be primarily responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients. While CVICU experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU setting.
• Current RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Travel experience is a must.
