Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a facility committed to delivering high-quality care. In this role, you will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to enhance physical well-being and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve physical functionality.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current PT license.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
