Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outstanding patient care during a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and knowledge necessary to perform evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
