Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (7pm - 7:30am)

36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed. Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Candidates must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and float per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a surgical PCU setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months PCU experience (recent experience within the last 12 months is required).
• Active RN license with no hits on state license to practice.
• Current Life Support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (ACLS and BLS).
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
