Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation & Acute Care

Schedule

This position offers a day shift of 5x8 hours, from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends required!

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

We are seeking a hybrid Physical Therapist to provide both inpatient rehabilitation and acute care coverage. The ideal candidate will have orthopedic experience and be comfortable caring for patients across the continuum of inpatient care, including Medical-Surgical, post-operative, and ICU populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions for various patient demographics including adults and geriatrics.
• Perform necessary documentation and charting efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
