Patient Care Manager - Nights

Job Description

The Patient Care Manager will support nursing staff during night shifts by addressing conflict resolution and mediation between staff and patients. This position requires a strong understanding of nursing practices and standards, as well as the ability to swiftly identify and manage operational and clinical issues.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage nursing staff effectively during night shifts.
• Address conflicts and mediate between staff and patients as needed.
• Quickly identify and address operational and clinical issues.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and collective bargaining agreements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
• Understanding of nursing practice and standards.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
• Active nursing license is required.

Schedule

This position is a full-time role with night shifts, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
