Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36, with rotating weekend hours.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be a vital member of the Emergency Department team, providing critical care to patients of varying demographics, from birth to elderly care. This is a fast-paced, demanding environment requiring quick thinking and exceptional patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and manage patient needs promptly.
• Maintain patient records and document care within the Cerner Electronic Health Record.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Handle various cases, including but not limited to trauma, strokes, and STEMIs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency services preferred.
• Current RN License.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS.
• Experience with Cerner EHR.
