Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The role involves providing quality healthcare to patients of all ages, focusing on Medical-Surgical and Telemetry care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including IV insertion and medication management.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License in Tennessee.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry care (1+ years preferred).
• Must pass state-specific checks, including the Tennessee Abuse Registry check.
