Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients across all ages, participating in a collaborative healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of nursing care plans.
• Support patients and families through education and emotional support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• NIH Stroke certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in MS/Tele nursing.
