Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join the maternity services team. The Pacific Campus offers comprehensive maternity care, and the RN will support high-risk perinatal care in a Level III facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk perinatal care to expectant mothers.
• Maintain a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in labor and a 1:3 ratio for postpartum care.
• Assist in triage, labor, and delivery procedures under established protocols.
• Support couplet care in postpartum with the assistance of CNAs.
• Participate in emergency response and patient care as needed.

Required Experience & Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
• Certifications required: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring.
• Experience in facilities with 100-300 deliveries per month preferred.
• Compact RN license required.
