Registered Nurse - NICU

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Description

Join a critical access hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this role, you will perform diagnostic and functional tests, create treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress. You will also be responsible for performing phlebotomies and IV starts/removals as necessary while educating patients on administering treatments and utilizing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and functional tests for NICU patients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Conduct phlebotomies and manage IV starts/removals.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and equipment usage.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• NICU experience required.
• Valid Wisconsin RN License is required.
