Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves providing assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering therapy interventions to patients in need of rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess patients' needs and condition.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Michigan.
• Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
