Registered Nurse - Med-Surg

Schedule

Weekly Monday orientations with a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00. Rotating weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med-Surg to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing patient care, administering prescribed treatments, and collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EHR.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of Med-Surg nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must be willing to float as needed.
