Radiologic Technologist - Mammography

Day shift, 5 days a week from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist with specialized expertise in Mammography to perform diagnostic and screening procedures, including 3-D mammography and stereotactic biopsies. The candidate will work with adult and geriatric populations and engage in the management of diagnostic exams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography scans, including diagnostic and stereotactic procedures.
• Lead efforts in digital quality assurance and manage infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on breast self-exams and screening procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide exemplary patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 1 year of experience in Radiologic Technology, with a focus on Mammography.
• Current ARRT certification in Mammography and Radiography.
• BLS certification and a valid state license are required.
• Experience with Epic and PACS systems preferred.
