Night Shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Labor & Delivery unit, focusing on high-risk patients. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, providing essential care during labor and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and provide newborn care, including assessments and administration of necessary injections.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and manage comprehensive care during labor.
• Monitor and evaluate fetal heart rate patterns and manage complications as they arise.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and best practices are followed.
• Participate in postpartum care and may float to sister facilities as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, with preference for candidates with at least 5 years of high-risk experience.
• Current RN licensure with a compact license.
• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP; Preferred Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate.
• Demonstrated ability to function in high-volume, high-stress environments.
• Current supervisory references required.
