19:00 - 07:00; Requires weekend hours every other weekend, with call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery unit. You will provide exceptional care to maternity women and newborns in a critical access hospital setting. The role involves working in Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Post-Partum units, ensuring safe and effective labor management and postnatal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to women in labor and delivery.
• Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery.
• Perform assessments and provide support in post-partum care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EHR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, NRP.
• Preferred: PALS, experience with Centricity and Meditech.
