8-hour Day Shift, with a commitment to 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

Join our team as an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist. In this role, you will provide care to a diverse patient population through evaluations and treatment plans, ensuring a high-quality rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Participate in double-booking follow-up visits as needed.
• Coordinate care with other clinics when required, with potential floating to neighboring locations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia is mandatory.
