Evening Adolescent Mental Health Position

Schedule

Evening shifts are available, requiring 32-40 hours per week, including every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to work with adolescent patients in an acute inpatient hospital setting. This role involves providing care to children and adolescents facing various mental health and behavioral disorders, as well as substance abuse issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the child and adolescent units.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patient behavior and progress.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities and programs.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health care, specifically with children and adolescents.
• Valid relevant licensure or certification as required.
