CVICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 3x12 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Cardio-Vascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to handle complex patient situations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charts and records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 18 months of combined permanent CVICU experience required.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact license at the time of submission.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Travel nursing experience is acceptable.
• References from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required.
