Shifts are scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high-risk obstetrics and possess essential certifications. The successful RN will work in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients during labor and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and fetal heart rates, implementing appropriate interventions as necessary.
• Assist with various labor and delivery procedures, including C-sections and twin deliveries.
• Engage in patient education and support during the labor process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-risk obstetrics.
• Current certifications in Advanced EFM and AWHONN Intermediate EFM.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
