ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) with a strong background in trauma and critical care to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and competent in caring for ICU patients in various settings including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, progressive critical care unit (PCCU), and patients in ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in multiple ICU settings.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Float to various ICU units as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Participate in competency evaluations as part of the hiring process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN license.
• Epic experience is required.
• Previous travel nursing experience is highly desired.
• Experience in a Level I trauma center is a plus.
• Must provide an updated email for competency test submission.

Schedule

This is a night shift position from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with a full-time commitment of 48 hours per week. Shift flexibility may be required based on staffing needs.
