Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our NICU Level III. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for premature infants and newborns with medical complications, working closely with an in-house neonatologist available 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients in the NICU while ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Perform critical procedures, including ventilator management, blood product administration, and IV starts.
• Provide patient and family education regarding developmental care, feeding, and medical conditions.
• Conduct necessary assessments and interventions for infants with various neonatal conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or Compact License.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a Level III NICU setting.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in neonatal care and critical intervention protocols.
