Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional care to patients across multiple settings, including Outpatient and Inpatient care, swing bed, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with diverse patient populations and complex medical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment plans for a varied patient caseload
• Administer therapy interventions for patients including post-surgical, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
• Cover multiple areas as required, floating between outpatient, inpatient, and assisted living settings
• Manage a patient load of 6-8 patients per day while meeting productivity expectations

Schedule

This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts. Flexible start times are available between 0700 and 0900. Weekend shifts are occasionally required, but holidays are not.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license for South Dakota
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; clinical experience does not qualify
• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience is preferred
