Radiologic Technologist

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of medical imaging exams for patients of all ages, utilizing principles, theories, and techniques associated with the relevant modality to ensure reliable test results. This role provides daily leadership in patient care and manages department workflow effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical imaging exams including X-ray and CT scans.
• Ensure high-quality imaging results by applying appropriate imaging techniques.
• Lead daily department workflow and support patient care processes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology program in Radiology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in X-ray imaging.
• ARRT certification in Radiology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Must be willing to float between CT and X-ray modalities.
• Oregon state licensure required (must apply upon offer).

Schedule

This position offers a varied shift schedule of 8 hours, with a total of 40 hours guaranteed per week.
