X-Ray Technologist - Night Shift

Shift: Friday to Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. This role may require working nights and weekends, as well as being on-call for additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Prepare and assist patients for x-ray procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiography and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• State licensure in Oregon is required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Strong skills in abdominal, extremity, spinal, pelvic, and chest imaging procedures.
