MRI Technologist - Part Time Weekend Coverage

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for part-time weekend coverage. The position primarily entails working on Saturdays, totaling 22.5 hours per week. The technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of MRI imaging procedures using Siemens and Philips scanners. Knowledge of EPIC Radiant and VuePACS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging using Siemens Vida, Sola, and Philips 3T scanners.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Utilize EPIC Radiant and VuePACS for patient documentation and imaging management.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report any technical issues.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
• ARRT certification in MRI and Radiologic Technology.
• Current New York State Radiologic License.
• BLS Certification.
• IV certification is required.

Schedule

This position covers weekends, primarily Saturday, with a total of 22.5 hours per week.
