8-hour day shifts, with a guarantee of 36 hours and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide care within an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role includes collaborating with licensed Physical Therapists to evaluate and implement effective treatment plans, focusing on rehabilitation procedures and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress.
• Document patient care and progress notes accurately.
• Ensure a high level of patient interaction and care quality.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to enhance skill sets.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.
