Schedule

8-hour Day Shift, with a guarantee of 36 hours and the expectation of working up to 40 hours weekly.

Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting, with an expected productivity of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Meet productivity expectations and assist in achieving overall clinic goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is required.
