Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions. The therapist will be expected to meet productivity expectations by seeing 12-14 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Manage a caseload of patients while meeting productivity expectations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
