Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team at the Parke Wellness & Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate will have both inpatient and outpatient experience and must hold a valid Colorado license or a compact PT license. This role does not require weekends or on-call duty.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and establish treatment plans for patients.
• Provide physical therapy interventions and ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Inpatient and outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Active Colorado PT license or compact PT license.
• BLS certification required.
