Job Description

Join our dynamic rehabilitation team in a community hospital setting that provides acute care, rehabilitation, and long-term care services. You will engage in meaningful work, delivering physical therapy services to patients with diverse needs across various settings including inpatient care, outpatient services, and a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Provide therapy interventions and assist with patient rounds and care conferences.
• Communicate regularly with the rehab team regarding patient progress and discharge needs.
• Utilize a variety of treatment areas including patient rooms, outdoor spaces, and a rehab gym.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Experience in hospital and/or nursing home settings is strongly desired.
