Job Description

Join a community hospital that emphasizes personalized healthcare. The Physical Therapist will work in acute care and rehabilitation services, providing essential therapy to patients in a collaborative environment. You will engage in evaluations, establish care plans, and participate in patient rounds and conferences as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations
• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist with patient rounds and care conferences
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team on patient progress and discharge needs

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid NC Physical Therapy license
• CPR certification required
• Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a medical setting is ideal
