Schedule

Days: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM; Requires working at the hospital one Saturday per month.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to help improve or restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability. The ideal candidate will have both inpatient and outpatient experience and be able to implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Provide therapy interventions to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
• Educate patients on prevention and management of their conditions for long-term health benefits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimum patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico.
• BLS certification required.
• Pending NM state licensure accepted as part of submission process.
