Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Unit. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT evaluations for ICU and ER patients.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic equipment including splints and lift equipment.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams for expedited discharge planning/placement.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Acute Care/Hospital/ICU settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preference for candidates with Meditech experience.
