Day Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM with a weekend rotation.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at a new rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing evaluation and therapy services to patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
