Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including some weekends with compensatory days.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to cover a busy territory during the summer months while the current therapist is on maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient mobility and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid Maine Physical Therapy License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy is preferred.
