Day Shift: 4x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00)

Job Description

The Med Surg Neuro Unit is seeking a skilled registered nurse for day shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to manage patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with neurological conditions.
• Manage patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Respond to rapid response team activations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in a med-surg setting.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• CPI certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting preferred.
