Job Description

The Physical Therapist role involves working with patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on improving their functional abilities and quality of life after various medical conditions. The position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions aimed at rehabilitation for conditions such as stroke, brain injury, orthopedic injuries, and more.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals and expectations.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST HAVE inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care experience.
• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist state licensure required.
