Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our NICU Level III unit. As a key member of our neonatal team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to critically ill newborns and infants, managing patient care in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Educate families on care processes, discharge plans, and follow-up care.
• Admit and transport NICU patients as needed, coordinating with medical team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California RN License.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a Level III NICU setting.
• Current certifications in NRP and BLS.
• Experience with HFOV and EPIC documentation preferred.
