Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in the Acute Care Unit, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across various levels of acuity, from medical/surgical to ICU.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and manage patient care.
• Perform standard procedures such as IV starts, EKG monitoring, and wound care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification completed by the end of orientation.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred, especially in ICU or Med-Surg.
