Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, including every other weekend requirement.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will be involved in providing exceptional patient care for adults recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. The nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey with a focus on physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care and support rehabilitation processes.
• Evaluate and document patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve patient goals.
• Administer medications and manage treatment protocols.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) is preferred.
