This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Sunday through Thursday schedule may be necessary. A 4x10 schedule can be considered upon request.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This position involves evaluating and treating patients with various conditions, providing excellent patient care in an outpatient setting, and performing some inpatient rehabilitation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions for patients with varying diagnoses.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Experience in women's health is highly valued.
• Current Physical Therapist license.
• Certifications in BLS, Manual Therapy, and Lymphedema are required.
