Physical Therapist - Outpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Day, 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM, with a guaranteed 32 hours but flexible to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across all age groups, including pediatrics if competent in this area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients’ needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Establish and foster relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Open to new graduates, although experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
