3x12 Rotating shifts, Varied, Rotating Days of the Week. Call is required.

Job Description

The MRI Tech is responsible for producing diagnostic MRI scans and assisting radiologists and referring physicians in MRI procedures while ensuring patient care. The position requires advanced technical skills and the ability to operate MRI scanners efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality diagnostic MRI scans.
• Assist in MRI procedures and communicate effectively with the medical team.
• Ensure patient care and safety while performing MRI scans.
• Make technical decisions to optimize MRI image quality.
• Perform other duties related to imaging as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of MRI experience required.
• ARRT certification required; MRI certification is preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• Travelers may be required to float and support different departments as needed.
