Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job Description

This position provides specialized rehabilitation services to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. The role focuses on maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The Physical Therapist will work with individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Schedule

This position requires availability for a shift from 06:30 to 19:00.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must have an active Physical Therapist license and relevant experience in rehabilitation settings.
