Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing exceptional care for adult patients recovering from various conditions including strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. Our facility fosters a supportive environment that promotes recovery beyond traditional hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor patient progress and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
• Administer medications and manage patient care efficiently.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, assisting with daily activities as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN certification.
• BLS certification required.
• No prior experience necessary; floor nursing experience is a must.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitation nursing.
