12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, with a weekend rotation every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care for patients experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to adult patients with various mental health disorders.
• Manage and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMAR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of one year experience in Inpatient Behavioral Health settings.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS to be obtained within specific guidelines.
• Handle with Care certification preferred.
